The Institute for Immunology of the University Medical Center Mainz houses the Core Facility NGS (CFNGS). Headed by Prof. Dr. T. Bopp and coordinated by Dr. rer. nat. M. Klein the core facility provides library preparation workflows for mRNA sequencing, ATAC sequencing and ChIP sequencing experiments. Furthermore, we provide on a collaborative basis two devices for high-throughput Single-Cell capturing and subsequent library preparation as well as techniques allowing for RNA-seq from ultra-low input RNA (starting from one single cell).
